Catering Process

As every catered event is different, it’s best to have a phone discussion with Supannee to discuss how much food is needed for your group size, dietary preferences as well as budget. Once that is determined, Supannee will send a sample menu with a quote for your review. Please take a look at the photo gallery to get an idea of the presentation and choices.

Although the possibilities are endless, here are some suggested catering ideas to make your event a culinary success!

Catered Wedding – Full Service for 100

Cocktail Hours Appetizer Menu:
1. Fresh summer rolls with veggies and avocados edible flowers from our organic garden.
2. Chicken satay served with Housemade peanut nuts sauce.
3. Vegetable egg rolls. (Vegan)
4. Thai chicken salad in cucumber cups topped with edible flowers.
5. Thai sushi (thinly sliced marinated flank steak over sticky rice, mint leaves, a dash of hot sauce topped with bamboo sticks, and edible flower petals.

Salad & Main course:
1. Mixed organic green salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, and edible flowers with two Thai dressings on the side.
2. Pad Thai noodles with shrimp, tofu, or chicken.
3. Cashew nuts with beef, pork, tofu, chicken, or shrimp.
4. Panang curry with chicken or tofu.
5. Thai fried rice with vegetables and eggs (can customize).
6. Steamed jasmine rice. 
7. Hot sauces.
8. Flowers in an iced mold to chill your champagne for the toast!

Corporate Mixer – Heavy Appetizers

3. Vegetable egg rolls. (Vegan)
4. Thai chicken salad in cucumber cups topped with edible flowers.

6. Housemade Thai sausages – pork sausages with fresh lemongrass and Thai herbs from our garden, served with fresh ginger, red onions, Thai chili, and roasted peanuts.
7. Sweet sticky rice with a mango rose shape cups topped with edible flowers.
